Something's off.
You know it.
Six weeks, one on one, to stop running the pattern and start showing up like the man you're capable of being.
Begin Your JourneyThis isn't for every man. It's for the guy who's stopped pretending everything's fine, the one who feels it in his gut before his mind will admit it.
Married and needing a tune up. Single and done spinning his wheels. Whatever the room is, he's ready to walk into the challenge and discomfort of actually growing.
One frame. Five ways in.
Every man's stuck somewhere different. The work adapts to where you are, the structure stays the same.
Intimacy & Sex
From performing or avoiding, to actually being there with a partner.
Relationship
In one, coming out of one, or trying to find one. From stuck and spinning to clear and moving.
Providership
Work, mission, purpose. From drifting or grinding empty, to anchored.
Parenting
Single or partnered. From reacting to your kids, to being present with them.
The Little Boy Pattern
From patterns you didn't choose, to a man running his own life.
It's natural for these to bleed into each other, work stress shows up in the bedroom, parenting stress shows up in your marriage. Picking one gives us a strong heading to work from. Without it, it's easy to drift for months and lose sight of what you showed up to actually fix.
The frame stays simple.
The work doesn't.
Weekly sessions
Six 60-minute calls, one on one, over Zoom. Same time each week, no drifting.
Living the practice
Assignments between sessions. This work doesn't live in the call, it lives in your week.
Direct access
WhatsApp access to me between sessions. When something comes up, you're not waiting a week to talk about it.
I didn't learn this in a classroom.
I grew up with a father who wasn't emotionally there, and a mother who was unstable. Nobody ever showed me how to repair after a rupture. So I made myself small, quiet, invisible, anything to avoid the storm.
By my teens I was deep in addiction, and it nearly cost me everything. Getting sober didn't fix it either, I spent years transcending my pain instead of actually facing it. Better branding on the outside, still running on the inside.
It was marriage and fatherhood that finally confronted me head-on. I had nowhere left to hide. I had to learn what real intimacy was, what a healthy relationship actually looked like, the hard way, screwing up more than I want to admit.
Here's what I finally understood: I wasn't broken. I was just untrained. Nobody had ever taught me. So I committed to actually learning, and everything changed.
Twenty years of that work later, this is what I do. I help men who are drowning the way I was. You don't have to take the long way like I did.
Six weeks. One man. Full attention.

Questions I hear before a guy commits
What if I'm scared, or not even sure this is for me?
That's normal, and it's not a sign you're in the wrong place. Most guys who end up doing this work weren't sure either, right up until they applied. The fear usually means something real is at stake, not that you should wait.
What if I can't afford it right now?
I get it, $2,250 is a real number. That's part of why there's a payment plan option, $1,000 down and two payments of $700. If it's genuinely not the right time financially, that's worth being honest about on the application, we can talk it through on the call.
Is there a guarantee?
No. This isn't a course you can refund your way out of if you don't do the work. Six weeks of real change requires you to actually show up, do the assignments, and be honest on the calls. I bring everything I've got, what you get out of it depends on what you put in.
What if I'm not sure which terrain to pick?
You don't have to know for certain before you apply. That's part of what the application and the interview call are for, figuring out together where the real work is.
